  I am disappointed in the performance of this place. They have such great product to market but the process is missing so many pieces that you'd think there isn't any management present at all. Obviously for each handmade item there's going to be a wait, and the quality is well worth it don't get me wrong, but we had to ask for silverware for the salad. Like they served a salad and just sat it there with the dressing on the side but just no fork even and just left. And the wings were great, but came lacking napkins. I think that the people behind the counter are confused at what kind of service they should be providing. Management needs to clear things up in their training and streamline the whole service process to include some multitasking. They are really underselling their brand, a place like this is an awesome addition to the area and it would suck to see it fall too soon.

  Delicious milkshakes! Each one came with a donut on top which was equally amazing!!! Pizza was great too! Will definitely go back!
